Habajje Terms & Conditions — Full User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Habajje and its users. Habajje (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under the habajje.net domain.

Participating in any gaming or betting activity, creating an account, or using any of our services on Habajje constitutes your full agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments made under a third party's name will be rejected and may trigger an account verification requirement. Habajje does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from Habajje. Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.

Habajje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonus usage:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements.
• A promotional offer may generally be used once only.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets in the Habajje Sports Betting section:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the full bet stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time.
• In the event of incorrect odds being published, Habajje reserves the right to void the affected bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Habajje and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Opening an account or claiming a bonus using false information.

Habajje takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We use your data solely for service delivery, verification processes, and compliance with legal obligations.

Habajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or attempting to avoid verification.
• Suspected money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned once verification is complete.

If any dispute arises between you and Habajje, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

If a matter cannot be resolved through our support team, it will be escalated to our licensing authority. Habajje is committed to full transparency and fair resolution in all disputes.

Habajje reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notice to your registered email and display an announcement on the platform.
